Discovery and Prototypes

Any paid discovery, prototype, or preliminary work is scoped and agreed before it begins.

Scope Changes

Changes to the agreed scope, price, or timeline require agreement before additional work begins.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your use of our services.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Cooperate with us in any security investigations

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Any unpaid fees become immediately due
